Hawaii3 -- Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Authentic but with 500 people it's not a “cozy” experience. If you do other Luaus during your trip I'd consider spending more time at the PCC's villages and exhibits. However, everybody should do at a Luau in Hawaii and this one is rated as most authentic by the “Hawaii Revealed” guides and other sources.
