Hawaii4 -- Pearl Harbor - USS Arizona's Anchor sits in front of the entrance to the USS Arizona Memorial Welcome Center and Exhibits. The memorial itself is at sea and requires a very short boat trip. Interpretive films are shown before the boat trip. Reservations are required so show up early, get tickets to USS Arizona (free), then see the USS Missouri (16 per adult) which requires 2-3 hours.
